Returns Policy

Items returned must be new, unused, and with all Atwyld garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

All items returned should have a Return Authorization (RA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. All inquiries begin with filling out the form below for processing.

Timing of Returns

Unworn items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

  • Simply request a return authorization number (RA) using the form below and return instructions will be emailed to you.
    • Select Returns in the topic menu
      Choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why. If you do not see your reason, please outline in the message section. If you need to exchange an item due to sizing, please select this option and you’ll be prompted to enter the correct size, please include the style to ensure accuracy.
      Approved refunds will need to match the original payment method used.
    • Once Customer Service has reviewed your request you will receive an email containing your RA number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to Atwyld.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it has shipped out. Should you need to contact Atwyld to cancel an order please use our contact form. If your order has shipped, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) for the product that you’re returning.

Product Defects

Products received damaged or with manufacturer defects can be returned within the first 90 days of receipt of product. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be defective.

If you receive defective product, submit a Return Authorization using the form below and we will quickly exchange and ship your item back.

All returns and exchanges must be initiated by using the form below before sending any product back to Atwyld.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibilities of the recipient. These fees will be due at the time of delivery. Atwyld is not responsible for customs and duties. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. For more duties and tax information, please contact your local customs office. Atwyld does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
