RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Extended Holiday Return Window: orders placed 11/15/23 - 12/15/23 are eligible to create a return up until 1/15/24.

For US returns, start your free return or exchange at returns.atwyld.com. Our returns center will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a free pre-paid return label. Returns must be started within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be purchased directly from atwyld.com and be in brand new condition with the tags still attached. Once a return is started, the free shipping return label is active for 28 days before expiring. 

For international returns, please reach out to hello@atwyld.com to set up a return authorization.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed once the item(s) are received.  After receiving the refund confirmation email, please note that your credit card company may require an additional 2-5 days to post the credit to your account.

ORDER STATUSES

For an up to date order status, log in to your account (or you can retroactively create an account with the email used) to view your order status page. You can also access the status page from your order confirmation email.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

If made a mistake on your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are unable to make most changes to orders, but we will attempt to stop the order from shipping so it can be cancelled and replaced. Because our warehouse works quickly to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee being able to catch it prior to shipping (please note we do offer free returns/exchanges if an order does ship).
